In this paper the researcher was aimed to analyze the role of the federal government in the context of reducing the concussion crisis in the NFL (National Football League). In this context, the privet sector industries were intervened by the government to improve the health and safety of the NFL players. In addition, the researcher found that the government previously intervened in several issues regarding the sports industry. However, there was no significant impact on the concussion legislation. The researcher stated three case studies, which were on the other industries it is found that the NFL (National Football League) concussion crisis is prompted government intervention. However, it is indicated by the researcher that football is considered as a unique industry therefore the health related issues or the concussions in this field is still not intervened by the government thoroughly.
